Application of the Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are applicable to sale contracts between the Retailer (as specified above) and the Customer, through the website www.mynatoo.com. The Customer, by placing an order on www.mynatoo.com, accepts all the present terms and conditions.

Validity of our offers

All items displayed on this website are considered available until stocks last.
In the event of debit or payment of an order for an item which is unavailable, Nutrilife srl shall offer the Customer a credit note or a refund within 15 days. Nutrilife srl will notify by email any Customer who has placed an order for an item which is unavailable.

Presentation of the products

All products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Nutrilife srl cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions which may occur in this presentation, which is not binding for Nutrilife srl. Any error will be corrected but Nutrilife srl cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to any of these errors.

Prices of the products

Prices shown are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT for Italy. All prices do not include the shipping costs or any other service. Nutrilife srl can change its prices at any moment without having to inform the customers, but all the products are invoiced at the price applicable when the order is registered.

Nutrilife srl puts great care to ensure that all data displayed on the website is accurate, but it is possible that there are errors in the prices: in such case the seller has no obligations and has the right to cancel the order.

Payments

The customer can pay the purchase by Credit Card or by Paypal.

To guarantee the maximum level of safety, the seller will never know the credit card data or the Paypal account details which will be handled only by the bank that processes the transaction. The customer will be notified if the transaction has been authorized or not.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use of the credit card used to pay the purchase.

Expiry dates

Nutrilife srl takes great care in checking that the expiry dates of all the products sold through this website are far enough to ensure enough time to safely consume them.
No distinction is made between “best before” dates and expiry dates, in order to ensure the highest possible safety of the purchased products. All the expiry dates and lot numbers will be printed on the receipt to guarantee full traceability of all the products sold by Nutrilife srl.

Ordering

To place an order the Customer needs to be at least 18 years of age or older and have an email address. The Customer must add the products to the shopping cart and select all payment and delivery options. They must check that all data entered are accurate and then confirm the order following the instructions displayed on the website. The Customer is committed to buy the products upon clicking on the button “Send order” and from that moment will not be possible to make any changes or modifications whatsoever. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all data sent to Nutrilife srl with the order.

The validation of the order means that the Customer accepts the present Terms and Conditions.

The retailer has the right to refuse the order and cancel it for any reason, even if a confirmation receipt has been issued and sent to the Customer.

The Reatailer has the right to refuse the order or cancel the purchase, without being held responsible for any loss or damage, in the following cases:

  • The product is not available (in this case any amount paid will be refunded);
  • There has been an error in the price of the product;
  • The invoicing data are not correct or cannot be verified;
  • The payment has not been done within the terms;
  • The Retailer security system flagged the Purchase Order as “risky”.

Delivery

Delivery in Italy

Deliveries will take about 24/48 hours from the moment the order has been confirmed (with the exception of weekend and National holydays) and will be done by express courier to the address the customer specified at the time of the order confirmation.

The indication of the time of delivery of the order is given as an indication as there may be circumstances in which the processing time indicated is delayed for several hours due to technical / logistical reasons. The Customer is requested to report any delays in the delivery of the orders.

If the courier does not find a person to collect the delivery, he will leave a note with the instructions to collect the package. If the package will have to be sent back to the seller, Nutrilife srl has the right to keep the cost of the delivery.

Delivery is free of charge for orders totalling € 29,90 or more; for orders with a total of less than € 29,90 the delivery cost will be € 6,00 and will be invoiced with the goods.

Deliveries outside Italy

Deliveries will take about 24/48 hours from the moment the order has been confirmed (with the exception of weekend and National holydays) and will be done by express courier to the address the customer specified at the time of the order confirmation. Delivery is free of charge for orders totalling € 39,90 or more and for orders weighing 20kg or less; for orders with a price total of less than € 39,90 the delivery cost will be € 15,00 and will be invoiced with the goods. Return Policy

If not stated differently in the Terms and Conditions, the customer has the right to revoke the purchase order without having to give a motivation within 14 days from the date the order has been received.

The customer must inform the seller within the deadline specified before by email at the address info@nutrilife.it. In the email the customer must specify which products he/she is willing to return and which kind of refund has been chosen: size change, credit note or refund. Once the return request has been received, the seller will send a written reply to the customer with the return number. The customer can proceed and return the products at the following address: Nutrilife srl, via Roma 32/2 40090 Zola Predosa (BO), Italy within (and not exceeding) 14 days from the date in which the return has been requested. The shipping cost for the return will be paid by the customer. The shipping costs of a new product in exchange for the returned one will be paid by the seller.

Effects of the return and refunds

Once the returned product has been received, the seller will refund the customer within approximately 10 days from the day the product has been received. All orders paid by Paypal will be refunded on the same account used to pay for them.

Terms and Conditions for returns

The customer can try all garments without removing seals, labels and/or price tags, because it is not possible to return products that are not in the same condition they were when sold. All returns must be in the original package.

The customer cannot return the product purchased in the following cases:

  • The product has been manufactured or custom made for the customer;
  • The product is open;
  • In case of food or food supplements, if the product has been opened;
  • The product has beer worn and/or washed;
  • When the customer stated that the package has not been opened but it actually has been;
  • The product misses some parts;
  • The product risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • The product, for its nature, once opened ends up mixed irreversibly with other products;
  • The product is a newspaper, magazine, audio visual material or software;
  • The product, once opened, cannot be returned due to hygiene or health related problems.

The original package containing clothing, shoes or food supplements is considered by all means an integral part of the original package. Being so, it must not bear any damage or the return will not be authorized. The original packages cannot be used by the customer as boxes to deliver the returned goods.

Damaged packages

If the package shows signs of damage, the customer who chooses to accept it must sign the receipt stating clearly that the package is subject to integrity control. Nutrilife srl will not accept any complaint if such procedure has not been respected.

Limitations of Responsibility

The estimated delivery time and the availability of the products are non binding information and should not be taken as a guarantee. The seller has the right not to accept or cancel confirmed orders if the products are not available in the warehouse. In that case, all sums paid by the customer will be refunded.

The seller takes no responsibility in case of price differences between the advertised price and the actual price of any product.

The seller takes no responsibility (within what specified by the law) for the products that may not be compliant with the legislation of a Country different than Italy, where the product will be delivered.

Throughout all the processes, from the access to the website, browsing, to the filling of forms, placing orders, deliveries or any other service, Nutrilife srl has only an obligation for due care. Therefore, Nutrilife srl cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages arising from the use of the Internet and completely outside the diligence and precautions taken by Nutrilife srl.

In particular, Nutrilife srl cannot be held responsible for any disruption in provision of the service, or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus. Similarly, any event which qualifies as force majeure fully exonerates Nutrilife srl from all responsibility. Customers benefit from guarantees offered by the brands listed on the site.

Warranty

All products sold on www.mynatoo.com are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity provided by art. 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. The legal warranty lasts two years from delivery of the goods and must be invoked by the consumer whithin two months of the discovery of the defect.
The consumer may assert their rights to legal warranty by referring directly to Nutrilife srl.

Intellectual Property

All the brands and logos are exclusive property of their owners and any use or copy is forbidden, unless authorized by the owner in writing. All other elements on the www.mynatoo.com website, text, visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, brand and patent law and remain exclusive property of Nutrilife srl.
All hypertext links forwarding to mynatoo.com and using in particular framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep linking technology is strictly prohibited.
In all events, any link, even when it has been authorised, must be removed when requested by Nutrilife srl.

Personal Data

By confirming the order the customer authorizes Nutrilife srl to collect and use the personal data given. The information page provided as requested by art. 13 del D.Lgs 196 del 30.06.2003 (“Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”) Nutrilife srl, is available on this website and is an integral part of this agreement.
In order to offer a better service, has the right to collect personal data about site users, in particular using “Cookies”. Nutrilife srl also has the right to use data collected on the site for commercial purposes.
In all cases, and in compliance with the current law, any user or customer of the site may, at any time, contest with the commercial use of this data and also has rights to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
